1. Examination for Ocular Adenexa

1.1 Eyelid examination. The aim is to examine:
      1.1.1. The position of eyelid
      1.1.2. The thickness of lid margin and its position
      1.1.3. Signs of inflammation
      1.1.4. Misdirected eyelashes

2. Regurge test

2.1.  Aim of regurge test is to examine if there is accumulation in naso-lacrimal duct..
2.2. Apply pressure on medial canthal and see if there is regurgitation at medial punctum. No regurge is normal. There may be pus regurge if the patient have naso-lacrimal duct obstruction associated with dacryocystitis.

3. Palpebral conjunctiva

3.1. Evert the eyelid to examine if there is any signs of trachoma.
